The fact that I like working in Anuntis is one of the most important things for me and to which I dedicate a lot of time. That is why 4 years ago we started to participate in the anonymous Great Place to Work survey where, based on the workers’ opinion, the 50 best companies to work for in Spain are analysed, evaluated and certified.           

Taking part in this project is always a very positive one, not only is the survey an excellent tool, showing how people feel about working here, but it also provides objective data concerning the company’s labour situation.  

The truth is we have really good news this year. In 2012 we are on Spain’s Best Workplaces 2012 list, which means, we are in the  top 50  best companies to work for in our country. In our category, 500 to 1000 employees, we are the 8th best-valued company in Spain. 

It is an honour to be amongst the best companies to work for in Spain, however, as reflected in the survey, I do feel especially pleased about the positive opinion that the majority of people who work in Anuntis have and about the constant improvement that is manifested in our results year after year. After taking part in this survey for 4 years, we have improved a lot in the overall satisfaction of the company, which, stands at 78,1% this year. Furthermore, 86 % of Anuntis’ employees believe that Anuntis is an excellent place to work for. What stands out the most is the camaraderie that is present in the office and that people are proud of being part of our company. What is also very significant is the amount of people who took part in Anuntis: 88% of the workforce participated in the survey, a much higher percentage than the average result in other companies in Spain.

During the last 4 years we have analysed the results in depth and we have worked on each and every one of those areas that needed to be improved. This year’s positive results demonstrate we are heading in the right direction. Over the last year I have met with more than 300 people so I could find out, first hand, what their opinion about the working environment is. Although it was not possible to meet everyone, I still like to speak face to face with the maximum number of people so I can find out what they think of Anuntis, something that as manager very much enriches me and gives me a better understanding of the company I am running.

This result is without a doubt due to the success of all those who make up Anuntis and we are keeping vigil over it so that it continues to be an excellent place to work for.
