 Redarbor is the 6th best company to work for in Spain and receives the 'Inspiring Leadership' award I always have believed that people have to be happy in their work. Besides being happier in our lives, being happy at work increases our performance and it encourages the retention of talent. In Anuntis, for five years, we used the anonymous work climate survey of Great Place to Work. This helped us improve, in a very significant way, the working environment.

Tip #3.- Knowing how to manage: when you have the feeling that you are directing five acts in a circus. Managing a big team is difficult. The problems multiply: beside the day-to-day problems you also have the problems that come from managing people, which sometimes can be emotionally demanding.
