Last week I participated as a Keynote Speaker at the RECTECH Conference 2016 organized by AIM GROUP in Amsterdam. It was a very interesting experience and I want to thank the organization for having invited me to participate.

In Anuntis, for five years, we used the anonymous work climate survey of Great Place to Work. This helped us improve, in a very significant way, the working environment.
